Gary Gurwell
Gary Gurwell and his wife Gloria are local residents of Whitewood, South Dakota. As a child, Gary developed a love of art through his mother and several teachers along the way. Gary has traveled the world while serving in the Navy and as a Christian missionary in the West Indian Islands. His travels inspired him to see the beauty our world has to offer and now spends his days painting original oils and building beautiful stained glass windows. Riding the hills on his 1100 Vstar motorcycle is a favoriate pastime. Gary also enjoys the tranquility of home, riding horses, tending ducks and chickens and watching the numerous wildlife parade through his grounds.
